SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery via Royal Mail first class signed is £4. Any order that reaches a value of £30 or high will qualify for free delivery.
UK: Royal Mail aim to deliver all parcels the next day however they advise an estimated arrival time of 1-2 working days once the parcel reaches their network.
EU: We do not deliver outside of the uk.
Although orders are dispatched at the same speed as before the outbreak, Royal mail are notifying us that some parcels may experience delays.
Once you have successfully paid for your order, you will be sent an email with a full order summary and VAT invoice. If for whatever reason you do not recieve this email, please ensure to check your junk folder before contacting us.
If you call us as soon as possible, we can change the destination address aslong as the order hasn’t left our warehouse. Once it has left we are unable to request for the parcel to be returned.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you’ve changed your mind, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. For safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of E-Liquid or consumable products.
All products we sell are covered by the manufacturers general warranty, the length of this warranty is dependent on the product. For most hardware items you are covered between 3 -6 month warranty and in the result of a successful return application, you must return the item in undamaged condition for the return to be accepted.
You must contact us within 12 hours of recieving your order, if the item was damaged in transit we will ask for you to return the item to us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Aslong as the order hasn’t left our warehouse, you may call to cancel your order. Once the order has been shipped you will need to refuse delivery at the door so the item is returned to us.
If your refund request is successful, we will endeavour to refund your money to the original payment method used. This may take 3-5 working days to completely process.
